I started my career at Zoho, leading product and UX design for Site24x7, an all-in-one DevOps and IT monitoring platform, along with StatusIQ for hosted status pages and incident communication, and Site24x7 Tools. Together they served more than 10,000 customers a day.

I owned the full design lifecycle: product strategy, responsive and accessible UI, UX copy, icon systems, and marketing illustration across web and mobile.

Working with product managers through the whole development cycle, I built design systemsdesign systemsShared components, patterns, and rules that let many teams build consistent interfaces without starting from scratch. and component libraries used across several product lines, and contributed HTML and CSS for high-traffic product pages.

After four years I moved to Sweden for a master’s in Human-Computer InteractionMSc, Human-Computer InteractionUppsala University · 2023.
