Neurostellar
I joined Neurostellar as Design Lead to help take Orbit, a consumer neurowearable, from prototype to market. I first came in as a consultant to set up UX, brand, and the go-to-market design foundations. Once full-time, my scope grew to the whole product function: I became accountable for both product and design outcomes.
On the product side I ran technical product management, turning EEG and PPG signal-processing capabilities into a structured roadmap. I owned prioritisation and worked with engineering to ship a consumer neurowearable from zero.
With the GTM team I shaped positioning, pricing, and growth, connecting what the product could do to the opportunity in a consumer neurotechnology category that is still taking shape.
On the design side I led industrial, interaction, and communication design, so the hardware, the app, and the brand read as one product at every touchpoint.
Underneath it all I built design and product operations from scratch: design systems, release pipelines, and cross-functional workflows that let a lean team move at the pace a 0 to 1 hardware and software product demands. I later presented Orbit as a live case study in a keynote on building BCI products.
